Welcome to Project OPEN!

The Oregon Peer Employment Network (OPEN) is a project of Mental Health America of Oregon (MHAO). Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), OPEN provides ongoing training and technical assistance to mental health peers in the field of peer-delivered employment services and supports. The purpose of OPEN is to provide the peers with whom it works, called mentors, with the knowledge, information, and skills so that those mentors can provide employment-related supports to other peers within their peer group environment.
